I guided learners through core data analytics concepts by leading interactive sessions and tailoring explanations to individual needs. Beyond teaching, I compiled weekly reports on session attendance and learner progress, analyzed feedback forms to continuously improve the program, and collaborated closely with mentors and course coordinators to ensure the curriculum evolved in line with learner performance.
Working on MTN MoMo data, I ensured the accuracy and consistency of large datasets covering customer, agent, and merchant activity. I cleaned and validated KYC details, merchant profiles, and transaction records to reduce entry errors, monitored key quality indicators such as completeness and timeliness, and prepared structured datasets that empowered trade development and campaign teams to make better decisions on agent recruitment and MoMoPay adoption.
I enhanced community engagement by designing visual assets on Canva and coordinating communication across WhatsApp and email to drive attendance for workshops and onboarding events. Serving as the primary point of contact for learners, I facilitated onboarding for new cohorts and used participation metrics and feedback data to identify engagement trends and deliver actionable recommendations that improved the overall learner journey.
